Greetings Brothers and Sisters!

At the time of this writing our world and especially our nation has been fighting a worldwide pandemic called “coronovirus” or “Covid-19” in medical terms for many months. None of us know what the final outcome of this plague will be, but thousands have died and many more have been made ill from it so far. Our medical community has been stressed out the max with the increased number of patients they are dealing with. On every front things from major problems to minor inconveniences are common. Churches and businesses have closed for a period of time and are just now reopening on a limited basis. In the midst of it all I think that we as believers have somewhat lost our focus. We should be focusing on the Lord and what He does for us and not on the problem. Paul told the Philippians these words we find in Philippians 4:

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, {think on these things}.

Keep your hearts and minds on the Lord and His protection and love and don’t be burdened down by what you hear and what you see in the world. The Lord does not change and he is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow! Let the peace of God rule in your hearts and minds! (Col.3:15)
